How can I book a party?

Simply contact us by email, phone or Facebook messenger and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Loughton covering Epping Forest, if your party is outside of Epping Forest we may charge slightly extra depending on where the party is in Essex or London to cover travel.

Can I customise my party?

Yes!  We specialise in bespoke parties! Let us know if you would like any extras to make your party even more special and we'll do our best!

How long does a party last?

Depending on what package you choose, our parties will be the duration of the time you have booked this excludes time for setting up and packing away.

What is the process of booking a party?

Phone, message or send us an email with the date and time of the party, the location of the party and your preferred character, we'll let you know if we are available and can provide your character and give you a choice of packages with their prices, once you have chosen and confirmed all the details, we will send you an email with a booking form, terms and conditions and invoice and once you have filled the booking form in, we'll send you the payment details for the £50 deposit and once we have received payment, your booking is fully confirmed!
